Article Processing Charge

To sustain its open-access publishing model and maintain high editorial standards, Jurnal Kiprah Pendidikan applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted manuscripts. The APC covers the costs of:
1. Editorial management and peer-review administration.
2. Online submission and peer-review systems.
3. Professional layout and typesetting.
4. DOI registration and metadata management.
5. Article hosting and website maintenance.
6. Similarity checking using Turnitin.

Submission and Review Policy: Jurnal Kiprah Pendidikan does not charge submission fees or fees during the peer-review process. The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

APC Rates by Article Language:

- Articles written in English: IDR 500,000 per article
- Articles written in Bahasa Indonesia: IDR 750,000 per article.

Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author upon editorial acceptance. Publication will proceed once full payment has been received.

WAIVER POLICY

Jurnal Kiprah Pendidikan believes that financial constraints should not prevent the publication of high-quality scientific research. Therefore, the journal provides a waiver policy for authors experiencing genuine financial hardship.
Waiver Criteria: Authors facing financial constraints, lacking institutional funding, or conducting independent research as undergraduate or postgraduate students may apply for a partial or full waiver of the publication fee.
How to Apply: Waiver requests must be submitted during the initial manuscript submission process. Authors should upload a formal waiver request letter as a supplementary file or send it directly to the Editor-in-Chief by email. Each request will be evaluated individually by the Editorial Board.
Editorial Independence: Applying for a waiver will not influence editorial decisions or the peer-review process. Scientific evaluation remains entirely independent of financial considerations to ensure fairness and research integrity.
